Time to Get Started on Fall Home Improvement

Believe it or not Fall is just around the corner and now is a great time to start thinking about energy saving home improvement and remodeling projects.

Old windows can be big energy wasters. Contact Bellamy Construction to replace your windows before the colder weather arrives AND take advantage of the tax credits available for energy efficient home improvements. You could receive a tax credit of 30% of the cost of materials, including replacement windows and doors, up to $1500. BUT HURRY the tax credit expires December 31st, 2010.

Remember, not all ENERGY STAR materials are eligible for the tax credit. Certain energy efficiency specifications must be met in order for your improvements to be eligible. Bellamy Construction is an experienced contractor with extensive knowledge of the specifics of the tax credit and has a system in place to provide you with all of the information you will need in order to correctly file for your tax credit.
